Payment Schedule:
o $35.00 deposit was due September 2nd. If you have not paid this, please send in cash/money order by this Friday, September 16th.

FUNDRAISER: We will be selling Carolina Girl Apparel Shirts and Butter Braid Bread for this MONTH. All checks need to be written to Calhoun Academy of the Arts. Cash is also accepted. The fundraisers will last for 2 weeks. All money and order forms need to be turned in on Tuesday, September 27th. NO LATE ORDERS ACCEPTED!
You make $4.00 off of each shirt you sale and $5.00 off of each butter braid that you sale. This amount will be subtracted from the $200.00.
Spending money at the Gift Shop-$20 maximum
Arrival/ Departure-Ms. Cowley
Everyone needs to be here by 6:00am on Monday, February 6th. Meet in the lobby of the school by your homeroom teacher’s name.
Arrival on the 8th will be between 5:30pm and 6:00pm. Please be here on time!
Emergency Medical Forms-Mr. Cole
If your child requires medication, it must be sent in a plastic bag with the dosage and your child’s name clearly marked. Do not send this in until February 6th, but please send in the medicine release form signed with the medical form. (Whether or not your child is taking medicine.)
Prescription medications must have the child’s name on the bottle in the original container. This must match what is on Part C of the Emergency Medical Form. This includes ANY medication (prescription and OTC)
What to Bring and What NOT to Bring- Mr. Pearson
on the bus- one book per student, pillow
in your suitcase- Packing SHEET! (make sure you can carry it!!!)

NO electronic devices or cell phones...This is the Barrier Island’s rule!
